We proudly present two distinguished professional learning programs: ‘Working on Writing’ (WoW) with the Lit Six and ‘Accelerated Language Learning’ (ALL) with the Lit Six, an English Language Development (ELD) program. Each program is grounded in essential research in effective literacy instruction and equips students with the skills to write proficiently across diverse academic subjects and writing genres.
Our professional learning programs encompass comprehensive instructional strategies and an array of supplementary materials meticulously designed to bolster literacy and writing instruction. The ELD program surpasses expectations for designated English Language Development and is structured around five units focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.

For Example:
Full training for an Elementary School for all teachers and leadership team:
One 3 Hour face to face session or 2 day – 1 Hour face to face Session plus access to coaches online or though Zoom sessions.
Days for additional professional learning and coaching can be added on a per day per fee.
Face to Face training for content area teachers in middle and high school.
Additionally, middle and high school administrator coaching can be included in the package.
Full or ½ day sessions with content area departments plus access to consultants through email and Zoom meetings.
Days for additional professional learning and coaching can be added on a per day per fee.
Additional Training Opportunities in the Menu approach. Fees would be based on menu choices.
Two hour Content area instruction/ reading/ ELD/math — Face to face sessions using substitute teachers or push-in PD where Nancy and her team work with teachers in small groups in their classrooms.
Coaching sessions for teachers provided in 30-45 minute sessions.
