Our foremost mission is to empower educators and educational leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional instruction in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and language acquisition across all academic disciplines. Our goal is to enable every student to attain excellence in literacy and mathematics. We accomplish this by providing dedicated support to those guiding the implementation of instructional strategies in the classroom.
Our approach offers a comprehensive menu of options, allowing you to seamlessly integrate face-to-face professional development with ongoing coaching. Our coaching model is strategically designed to ensure the successful implementation of professional learning, catering to both teachers and administrators. Administrator coaching is geared towards providing guidance for the effective execution of instructional models and facilitating systemic changes.
The menu approach lets you pair face to face professional development with follow up coaching. We employ a coaching model to ensure implementation of professional learning. Coaching can be for the teachers and the administrators. Administrator coaching would focus on guiding the implementation of the instructional model and systems change.
For Example:
Full training for an Elementary School for all teachers and leadership team:
One 3-hour face-to-face session or 2-day – 1-hour face-to-face Session plus coaching.
Days for additional professional learning and coaching can be added on a per-day per fee.
Full training for Middle and High School for all teachers and administrator coaching could be created based on 5-6 Subject areas.
Two-day- 3-hour face-to-face sessions plus coaching.
Follow up coaching – one hour for each teacher in each subject area.
Days for additional professional learning and coaching can be added on a per-day per fee.
Additional Training Opportunities in the Menu approach. Fees would be based on menu choices.
Two-hour Content area instruction/ reading/ ELD — Face to face session up to 40 teachers plus coaching.
Coaching sessions provided in 1 to 1½ hour sessions
